Now that Living Wage Week is over, we have a chance to take stock and look ahead to the next year. There are now nearly 3,000 employers across the UK who proudly display the Living Wage employer mark – that’s a thousand more than last Living Wage Week!
Scotland makes up almost 700 of that total, which gives us a lot to be proud of, and a lot of work left to do. In Scotland, the Scottish Living Wage Accreditation Initiative has a target of 1,000 employers to reach by next Living Wage Week, and we need the help of all of our supporters and partner businesses to make it happen.
For now, let’s look back on some of the highlights of Living Wage Week!
