We’re all about going further than the minimum. Paying people enough to live on is a key element in building a fair and just Scotland but there is much more that can be done to ensure everyone leads a happy and productive life.
Many of you are making a positive impact on our society and our planet by taking voluntary action. As employers you are in a position to inspire others to make fundamental changes that can enhance the lives of workers, communities and the environment.
We want to hear from you about the actions you have taken. This can be anything that contributes to creating a more compassionate, inclusive and sustainable world.
Have you introduced flexible working or a 4-day week? Do you offer free period products or free/subsidised meals? Do your leave policies include time off for birthdays or volunteering? Have you introduced an innovative environmental policy? Do you support local charities or engage in community work?
