Brewgooder #OneOnUs
Donate a Round of Beer & a Message of Support for an NHS Champion
Scottish based beer brand and social enterprise Brewgooder make great tasting craft beer and use their profits to fund clean drinking water projects in developing countries.
Since 2016, they have supported over 65,000 people out of water poverty.
The organisation joined our network of over 1700 Living Wage accredited employers in 2018 and celebrated their commitment by giving away cases of beer to accredited Living Wage employers in the hospitality industry.
Now, amidst the challenges presented by the Covid-19 crisis, Brewgooder have launched the ‘One On Us’ campaign, encouraging people to pay forward Brewgooder beer which any NHS employee can redeem as a thank you for all of their hard work.
“At Brewgooder, social good is the heart of what we do, and acts of social good have never been needed more than now. Typically, we brew and sell beer to help fund clean drinking water projects across the globe. While this remains our core mission, when we’re needing support on our doorstep, we felt it was right to do our part. So, help us recognise the everyday commitment of our NHS champions and buy them one on us, for when they’re ready to enjoy it.” – Alan Mahon, Founder
Having launched just last week, almost 1400 NHS champions have already benefitted from this campaign.
Living Wage Scotland would like to encourage everyone in our network and further afield to consider taking part to show appreciation for the NHS staff during this difficult time.
